“Rewilding The Mash Bill: A Pot Still Town Hall” on Monday, August 17th at 19:00. we’ll be discussing what’s a stake and what’s now possible with the ongoing public consultation surrounding the Irish whiskey technical file. We’ll be joined on the night by a panel of industry friends close to the technical file changes, there to answer all your questions and to ponder more than a couple of our own. This is a massive summer for our national drink and a unique opportunity, at the government level, for consumers to play a part in guiding Irish whiskey’s legislative future. But sure we’ll keep it lighthearted as the weather all the same.
