We are delighted to announce our next Supporter’s In-Person Hedge School, on Monday, July 20th, Arthur’s Pub on Thomas Street in Dublin 8 — “Rewilding The Mash Bill: A Single Pot Still Celebration”. We can think of no better place to celebrate the past and possible than in the heart of Irish pot still’s urban heartland in the Liberties.
Some thrilling producer friends, including Conor Ryan of Pearse Lyons, Peter Cooney of Boann, Brendan Carty of Killowen, and Shane McCarthy of Two Stacks (and pending confirmation, maybe others…) will be joining us with some of the wildest, revivified, and exploratory Irish single pot still cask pulls out there—and yes, we intend to call them by their real name all through the night…
Needless to say, if you have any questions about either the single pot still proposal or indeed clarity around the details of the other submitted proposals, feel free to reach out any time. For those unable to make it to the Liberties on the 20th, never fear, we’ll be announcing an online sister hedge school soon. And of course, stay tuned for that bottle announcement. It’ll be one to cause a ruckus… we promise.
